Motorcyclist Hits Pedestrian at Arrow and Oleander Avenues in Fontana Injuring Both

 
FONTANA, CA (June 6, 2022) – A pedestrian and a motorcyclist suffered injuries after a traffic accident at Arrow Avenue and Oleander Avenue on May 30.
 
The accident happened around 9:00 p.m., according to the Fontana Police Department. Witnesses told police dispatch that the motorcyclist ran the red light at the intersection and struck the pedestrian crossing the street in the crosswalk.
 
As a result, both the pedestrian and the motorcyclist sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
 
San Bernardino County Fire paramedics treated both patients at the scene before transporting them to a hospital.
 
At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. Further investigation is underway.
