Early Morning Crash on Santa Ana Freeway in Anaheim Ends in Fatality

 
ANAHEIM, CA (October 24, 2022) – One person was killed in a traffic accident on Santa Ana (5) Freeway in Anaheim early Saturday morning on October 22.
 
The fatal accident happened around 4:00 a.m. on the southbound freeway at Ball Road. CHP officials did not provide details of how the crash occurred but they confirmed one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
At this time, the identity of the victim was not immediately available. The number of involved vehicles was also not indicated.
 
The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the exact cause of the crash and factors involved.
