Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Vehicle on Pigeon Pass Road in Moreno Valley

 
MORENO VALLEY, CA (September 28, 2021) – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident on Pigeon Pass Road at Ironwood Avenue in Moreno Valley Saturday evening.
 
The crash happened just after 8:00 p.m. on September 25. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the pedestrian was either standing or walking in the area when a vehicle struck them.
 
The victim, whose identity was not immediately available, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
 
It is unknown at this time if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the accident. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is still conducting an investigation.
