One Dies in Victorville Hit-and-Run Bicycle Accident on Mojave Drive

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (March 4, 2021) — One person was killed in a hit-and-run bicycle accident on Mojave Drive near Amethyst Road Wednesday morning.
 
According to reports, the fatal crash occurred around 12:30 a.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver heading west struck and killed a bicyclist, also heading west on Mojave Drive.
 
Per reports, both the cyclist and driver were in the No. 2 lane at the time of the accident.
 
Following the accident, the driver fled the area, leaving the victim with fatal injuries.
