Pajaro DUI Multi-Vehicle Accident on Hall Road Kills One

 
PAJARO, CA (June 14, 2021) – One person was killed in a DUI multi-vehicle accident on Hall Road near Elkhorn Road in Monterey County on June 13.
 
The accident happened just after midnight on Sunday. According to the California Highway Patrol, a car was heading eastbound along Hall Road when it crossed the double yellow lines and moved into oncoming traffic. It then crashed into three other vehicles.
 
As a result, one person suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
Police took one of the drivers into custody on suspicion of DUI and vehicular manslaughter.
 
An investigation into this fatal crash is ongoing.
