Fatal Accident on North Washington Road in Modesto Involves Two Vehicles

 
MODESTO, CA (April 13, 2021) – At least one person was killed in an accident at North Washington Road and West Taylor Road Monday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1:51 p.m. on April 12. Two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
 
The Stanislaus County Fire Department responded to the scene and confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident.
 
The name, age, gender and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
At this time, it is unclear if speed, drugs or alcohol contributed to the crash. The circumstances of the accident remain under investigation.
