Rider Dies in Early Morning Hit-and-Run Crash on Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (May 31, 2024) – A motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash at Limonite Avenue and Pacific Avenue in Jurupa Valley early Thursday morning.
 
The fatal crash happened around 3:40 a.m. on May 30. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the victim was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a vehicle.
 
The driver of the vehicle did not stop after the crash. The motorcyclist was flung into the roadway and suffered severe injuries.
 
Paramedics arrived and rushed the victim to a regional trauma center, where he died a short time later.
 
Officers later located the suspect vehicle at a residence in Jurupa Valley. They were also able to identify the driver.
