Police Pursuit on 405 Freeway in Orange County Leaves Motorcyclist Injured

 
ORANGE COUNTY, CA (May 14, 2023) – A motorcyclist was injured in a police pursuit on 405 Freeway in Orange County Tuesday afternoon on May 9.
 
Around 1:30 p.m., Santa Ana police were pursuing the motorcyclist on the southbound 405 Freeway at 55 Freeway.
 
During the pursuit, the motorcyclist crashed into a Mercedes-Benz.
 
Responding paramedics took the motorcyclist to OC Global Medical Center in an unknown condition.
 
At this time, the reason of the pursuit was not immediately known. Further investigation is underway.
