Mike Briare, Jennifer Fox Die in Plane Crash near Conzelman Road in Slackers Hill

 
MARIN COUNTY, CA (May 10, 2022) — Mike B. Briare and Jennifer “JJ” Lyn Fox died in a plane crash near Conzelman Road in Slackers Hill on Friday.
 
According to authorities, the single-engine Vans RV-10 personal aircraft crashed around 12:09 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, 52-year-old Fox and 57-year-old Briare lost control of the aircraft amid dense fog and high winds.
 
As a result, the aircraft crashed along the steep side north of Conzelman Road northwest of the Golden Gate Bridge.
 
Soon after, authorities responded to the scene and found the pair with fatal injuries.
 
At this time, information related to the cause of the crash and how the weather played a role require further investigation. However, the Sheriff’s Office indicated that the emergency beacon was reportedly activated at approximately 12:11 p.m.
