MOORPARK, CA (March 29, 2021) — Marco Martinez was arrested in a DUI bicycle accident on Poindexter Avenue near Moorpark Avenue Tuesday morning.
 
According to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Martinez struck the 38-year-old cyclist around 6:02 a.m. Per reports, police found the man in the road before paramedics transported him to a hospital for treatment.
 
According to an investigation, the cyclist was riding westbound on Poindexter Avenue. For suspected DUI reasons, 38-year-old Martinez struck the man while heading eastbound.
