Man Killed in Rollover Accident on Highway 168 near Auberry Road [Fresno County, CA]

Rollover Crash on Highway 168 in Fresno County Kills 38-Year-Old Driver and Injures 2 Teen Passengers

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (March 7, 2023) – A man died in a rollover accident on Highway 168 in Fresno County Sunday evening on March 5.
 
The fatal accident happened just after 10:0 p.m. near Auberry Road. According to the Fresno Police Department, a truck went off the road for unknown reasons, hit an embankment and overturned.
 
The 38-year-old driver who was not wearing his seat belt died at the scene. He was not yet identified.
 
A 16-year-old passenger had major injuries, while an 18-year-old passenger sustained minor injuries.
 
Officers are still trying to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
