SAN BERNARDINO, CA (June 14, 2021) – A 60-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident on North Arrowhead Avenue in San Bernardino on June 8.
 
Around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday evening, the male pedestrian was crossing North Arrowhead Avenue in the 300 block area when a vehicle struck him, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.
 
Emergency personnel arrived and found the pedestrian with severe injuries. They attempted life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene.
 
The victim’s name was withheld pending notification of his family.
 
At this time, it is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. An investigation into this fatality is ongoing.
