Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash Reported on Highway 41 at Grangeville Boulevard in Lemoore

 
LEMOORE, CA (October 12, 2021) – Police confirmed that a man died in a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 41 on October 9.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Grangeville Boulevard at approximately 3:00 PM.
 
Based on an initial report, the victim was traveling in a Nissan at an unknown speed prior to the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a Chevrolet Silverado hit the Nissan from behind. Subsequently, the Nissan hit a Ford vehicle in front of it.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials only identified him as a 55-year-old Clovis resident.
 
CHP officers say they do not yet know what caused the collision, but that alcohol or drugs may have played a role. At this point, an investigation into this multi-vehicle crash on Highway 41 is ongoing.
