Motorcyclist Dies after Crash with SUV on Bluff Road in Montebello

 
MONTEBELLO, CA (August 2, 2022) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident at Bluff Road and Given Place in Montebello on Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened around 7:00 p.m. on July 31. According to the Montebello Police Department, a young male adult was riding his motorcycle when he collided with an SUV in unclear circumstances.
 
When officers arrived, they found the motorcyclist lying on the roadway with significant trauma to his upper body.
 
Montebello Fire Department paramedics took the injured motorcyclist to a hospital, where he later died. His name was withheld pending notification of his family members.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the SUV remained on scene and cooperated with police.
 
Further investigation is underway.
