Man Walking E-Bike Hurt in Pedestrian Accident on Grand Avenue
PACIFIC BEACH, CA (July 20, 2021) — A man was injured in a pedestrian accident on Grand Avenue near Jewell Street Friday.
According to the San Diego Police, the crash happened at midnight. For DUI-related reasons, a driver in a 2016 Hyundai struck a man walking his e-bike southbound in an unmarked crosswalk. Per reports, the victim’s e-bike reportedly ran out of electricity.
