Alberto Toscano Killed, Cesar Bravo Hurt in Tractor Crash on Eastin Road near Highway 33
CROWS LANDING, CA (July 20, 2021) — Alberto Toscano died in a tractor accident on Eastin Road near Highway 33 Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened Friday morning in Crows Landing. For reasons that are still under investigation, 24-year-old Cesar Bravo rear-ended a John Deere tractor, driven by Toscano.
As a result of the impact, Bravo’s Chevrolet pickup went off the east side of the road while the tractor veered to the west where it overturned and wrapped around a power pole. Tragically, 60-year-old Toscano died in the crash. Meanwhile, Bravo suffered minor injuries and has been cooperative with investigators at this time.
Per the investigators, he claimed the sun had been in his vision prior to the crash. However, an investigation into the cause is underway.
