PACIFIC BEACH, CA (May 4, 2022) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Garnet Avenue near Bond Street on Tuesday morning.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident occurred just before 12:32 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver fled the scene after hitting a man sitting on the center median. The vehicle, described as a dark red car with rally sport rims, continued westbound on Garnet Avenue.
