BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 17, 2023) — A man was injured in a hit-and-run bicycle accident at Kentucky Street and Alta Vista Drive.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police, the hit-and-run accident happened around 6:48 p.m. on October 14. Under unclear circumstances, a westbound vehicle struck a westbound bicyclist on Kentucky Street. Subsequently, the driver left the scene without rendering aid.
