Rider Killed in Fiery Motorcycle Accident on Sepulveda Boulevard in Palms

 
Palms, CA(September 26, 2023) — A man died in a fiery motorcycle crash on Sepulveda Boulevard near National Boulevard.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the deadly motorcycle crash happened around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a woman collided with a male motorcyclist in the 3100 block of South Sepulveda Boulevard.
 
As a result, a fire broke out, quickly drawing firefighters to the scene to knock down the flames. Upon extinguishing the blaze, firefighters discovered a man with fatal injuries from the accident rather than the fire.
 
The woman involved in the crash suffered minor injuries and received care at a nearby hospital.
 
Due to the investigation, Los Angeles police closed the area, and so the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner could retrieve the body of the victim.
