Accident Reported on Highway 49 in El Dorado
EL DORADO, CA (April 19, 2021) – Crews closed all lanes of traffic following an accident on Highway 49 on April 13.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at the intersection of Sand Ridge Road.
Based on a report, the closure lasted about two to three hours in both directions of the roadway. In addition, the collision caused fiber optic cables to fall down on the ground. However, officials did not yet release the details related to the accident.
