Two Vehicles Collide on Soledad Canyon Road in Santa Clarita Killing 58-Year-Old Man

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (August 22, 2023) – Jaime Banuelos was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Santa Clarita late Saturday evening on August 19.
 
The fatal accident happened around 11:26 p.m. at Soledad Canyon Road and Sierra Highway. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided at the intersection for unknown reasons.
 
Officers arrived to find Banuelos suffering from significant injuries. They rushed him to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
 
Banuelos was 58 years old, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. His city of residence was not known.
 
The circumstances of the crash are still under investigation.
