Two-Vehicle Crash on West Forest Lawn Drive in Griffith Park Kills 64-Year-Old Man

 
GRIFFITH PARK, CA (December 26, 2022) – Igor Khanenko was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Griffith Park Thursday afternoon on December 22.
 
The accident happened around 12:50 p.m. in the 6300 block of West Forest Lawn Drive. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, two vehicles collided in the area for unknown reasons.
 
Responding paramedics found Khanenko suffering from fatal injuries and pronounced him dead at the scene.
 
The victim was 64 years old from North Hills, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
 
It is unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
Authorities are still investigating the exact cause and factors involved.
