Herman Alvarado Detained in DUI Crash at Payran Street and Washington Street

 
PETALUMA, CA (July 29, 2021) — Herman Alvarado was arrested in Saturday’s DUI accident at Payran Street and Washington Street.
 
According to police officers, the multi-car crash happened around 7:00 p.m. For DUI-related reasons, Alvarado crashed his vehicle into two other cars. Fortunately, no one sustained any significant injuries. However, a child involved in the crash sustained a cut to his or her head.
 
Following the investigation, officers learned that the 31-year-old driver had been drinking prior to the crash. Soon after, authorities brought him to Sonoma County Jail and impounded his vehicle.
