ONTARIO, CA (January 17, 2022) — A man identified as 48-year-old Fredy Moises Castellon of Fontana died in a crash on Monday, January 10.
 
According to reports, Ontario Police Department officers rushed to the 200 block of Vineyard Avenue at about 12:30 a.m.
 
Medical responders found Castellon and pronounced him dead at the scene at around 12:37 a.m.
 
There are no reports on how the crash occurred and if there are other vehicles involved. Officials have not yet determined if alcohol, drugs, or speed played a role in the collision.
