Coroner Identifies Darlyn Perez as Fatal Victim of Willowbrook Two-Vehicle Accident

WILLOWBROOK, CA (January 2, 2022) – Darlyn Chitica Perez died in a two-vehicle accident late Wednesday evening.
 
The accident happened around 10:17 p.m. on December 29, at Avalon Boulevard and East Rosecrans Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.

Perez suffered severe injuries from the crash and died at the scene. She was 25 years old, according to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.

At this time, it is unclear if Perez was one of the drivers or a passenger. It is also unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.

The CHP is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
