Austin Hornung and Robert Dissmore Killed in Car Accident on East Ontario Avenue [Corona, CA]

Car Crashes into Tree in Corona Killing Driver and Passenger

 
CORONA, CA (December 25, 2022) – Austin Hornung and Robert Dissmore were killed in a car accident in Corona on December 17.
 
The fatal accident happened shortly after midnight on East Ontario Avenue near Magnolia Avenue. According to the Corona Police Department, Hornung was driving of a 2017 Ford Mustang with Dissmore as his passenger. For unknown reasons, he lost control of the sports car and veered off of the four-lane corridor, plowing into the roadside tree.
 
First responders rushed both Hornung and Dissmore to Riverside Community Hospital, where the two died in the predawn hours Saturday.
 
At this time, it is unclear whether alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
