Aubrey Folsom Involved in Fatal Car Crash on Hermosa Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga

 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (November 19, 2021) – Police identified Aubrey Folsom as the victim who died in a rear-end crash on Hermosa Avenue on November 14.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 5th Street around 3:54 PM.
 
Based on an initial report, a woman drove her Ford Focus southbound on Hermosa prior to the crash. As she approached 5th Street, her vehicle drifted into the center median. There, it collided into the rear of a stopped semi-truck.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the car driver deceased on the scene. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department identified her as Aubrey Folsom, a 28-year-old woman. The driver of the semi was not injured.
 
At this point, the cause of the collision is still under investigation. In addition, officers ask anyone with any information to contact Deputy Jeff Dean or Sergeant James Snow at the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station at (909) 477-2800.
