Amritpal Singh Dies in Motorcycle-Car Crash on Rio Linda Boulevard near South Avenue
SACRAMENTO, CA (February 22, 2021) — Amritpal Singh was killed in a motorcycle accident on Rio Linda Boulevard near South Avenue Friday night.
According to the Sacramento Police, the fatal crash happened around 8:30 p.m.
Under unclear circumstances, a motorcyclist and a driver collided in Del Paso Heights. Soon after, officers found the motorcyclist with severe injuries. However, he died a short time later, despite life-saving efforts.
Not long after the incident, the second person died at a nearby hospital. According to Sacramento County Coroner’s Office, 61-year-old Singh, of Sunnyvale, is one of the two fatal victims. At this time, the coroner’s office has not released the other victim’s name.
