Alfred Arguelles Dies in Hit-and-Run Bike Crash on Gardner Field Road near Commerce Way

 
TAFT, CA (February 8, 2024) — Alfred Arguelles died in a hit-and-run bicycle accident on Gardner Field Road near Commerce Way.
 
According to the Kern County Coroner’s Office, 56-year-old Alfred Allen Arguelles passed away in the hit-and-run accident. Under unknown circumstances, an unidentified driver in an unknown vehicle struck the Taft man on his bike.
 
On February 4 around 7:00 a.m., authorities responded to find his body at the scene. However, officials did not confirm when the accident truly occurred.
