Albert Cruz Killed in Motorcycle Accident on East D Street [Ontario, CA]

Motorcyclist Dies after Crashing with SUV on East D Street in Ontario

 
ONTARIO, CA (March 25, 2021) – Albert Cruz died in a motorcycle accident late Saturday evening in Ontario, police said.
 
Around 10:23 p.m., March 20, the Ontario Police Department was notified of a traffic collision on East D Street, west of Corona Avenue. Officers arrived to find a collision between a mid-size SUV and a motorcycle.
 
The SUV was traveling westbound on East D Street and slowing to make a right turn into a residential driveway. Cruz, a 35-year-old Ontario resident, was also riding his motorcycle westbound and attempted to pass the SUV on the right when he collided with it.
 
Paramedics rushed Cruz to San Antonio Regional Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 11:34 p.m.
 
The Ontario P.D. is investigating the accident.
