88-Year-Old Woman Hurt in San Francisco Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash in Alamo Square

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (July 25, 2021) — An 88-year-old woman was injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Alamo Square near Webster Street Wednesday night.
 
According to police officers, the hit-and-run accident happened around 5:56 p.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in an unknown make and model struck the woman, who was in a marked crosswalk at the time of the impact.
 
Shortly after, paramedics and officers arrived, but the driver had left moments prior. Due to her life-threatening injuries, paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital for immediate care.
