80-Year-Old Mohammad Nyakoui Killed in Pedestrian Crash on 15 Freeway near Carmel Mountain Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 27, 2022) — Mohammad Nyakoui died in a pedestrian accident on the 15 Freeway near Carmel Mountain Road.
 
According to a San Diego County Department of Medical Examiner Report, the fatal pedestrian crash happened on December 11 around 3:23 a.m.
 
For unknown reasons, 80-year-old Mohammad Taghi Nyakoui was reportedly walking on the 15 South Freeway when a Ford SUV driver struck him. Soon after, law enforcement and fire personnel received a call about the crash and arrived at the scene.
 
Although, despite attempts to save the victim, paramedics pronounced the 80-year-old San Diego man deceased with multiple blunt force injuries.
