74-year-old Andre Lacroix Dies in Solo-Car Crash on 210 Freeway near Bonnie Cove Avenue

 
GLENDORA, CA (July 2, 2021) — Andre Lacroix died in a solo-car accident on the 210 Freeway near Bonnie Cove Avenue Thursday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal single-car crash happened at approximately 10:40 am. For unknown reasons, 74-year-old Lacroix allowed his westbound 2007 Nissan Murano to crash into a guardrail. Subsequently, the Nissan rolled down an embankment, where paramedics tried performing CPR on him. Unfortunately, Lacroix, of Upland, died shortly after.
 
At this time, police have ruled out drugs and alcohol as explanations for the accident. Although, if anyone has more information on this case, please contact the CHP’s Baldwin Station.
