3 Injured in Car Accident at 1st Avenue and Eucalyptus Street [Hesperia, CA]

3 Hospitalized in 2-Car Crash at 1st Avenue in Hesperia

 
HESPERIA, CA (August 18, 2022) — Four people were injured in a car accident at 1st Avenue and Eucalyptus Street on Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to reports, a black Toyota Corolla and a black Honda Accord crashed at the intersection around 1:40 p.m. The impact sent the Corolla into the yard of a home after it damaged a chain link fence. Meanwhile, the Honda ended up several feet away near the driveway of a home.
 
Shortly after, firefighters responded to the scene and extricated a woman trapped inside the Corolla and airlifted her to a trauma center for treatment of unknown injuries. A man inside the Honda had a visible injury to his ankle and a female passenger in the same car sustained minor injuries. Both patients sought care at a local hospital.
