3 Hospitalized in Pedestrian Accident at 16th Street and F Street [East Village, CA]

EAST VILLAGE, CA (December 27, 2022) – Three people were hospitalized after a pedestrian accident at 16th Street and F Street in East Village neighborhood Friday afternoon.
 
The accident happened just before 1:00 p.m. on December 23. According to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department, the driver of a pickup truck had medical emergency and hit two people on the road.
 
Firt responders found one person pinned under the pickup.
 
A total of three patients were taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
 
An investigation into this accident is underway.
