2 Hurt in Multi-Car Crash on Highway 99 in Tehama County

 
TEHAMA COUNTY, CA (June 26, 2023) — Two people were injured in a multi-car accident on Highway 99 near Cone Grove Road.
 
According to the Tehama County Fire Department, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 3:20 p.m. Saturday. For an unknown reason, several cars crashed. The four-car collision on Highway 99 East in the Antelope area left two people needing extrication from their cars.
 
Paramedics arrived soon after and used the Jaws of Life to free the victims. Subsequently, paramedics ordered an ambulance to the scene, as well.
 
Reports did not specify the severity of the injuries or the cause of the crash. However, if anyone has seen this accident, please call the CHP.
