Injuries Reported after Fiery Grover Beach Two-Vehicle Accident on North 16th Street

 
GROVER BEACH, CA (January 4, 2024) – At least one person sustained injuries in a two-vehicle accident on North 16th Street, Tuesday evening.
 
According to the Five Cities Fire Authority, the incident happened on January 2, at about 8:00 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, two vehicles collided near the intersection of North 16th Street and Newport Avenue.
 
The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles to catch fire. Firefighters arrived to extinguish the flames.
 
As per reports, at least one person suffered minor injuries. However, it is unknown whether the victim needed hospitalization.
 
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
