SYLMAR, CA (September 6, 2024) — Two people sustained injuries in an overturned accident on Foothill Boulevard near Balboa Boulevard.
 
According to reports, the two-car crash happened around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities responded to the 16400 block of West Foothill Boulevard to find two vehicles involved and a man trapped in one of them. For an unknown reason, the two cars collided, causing one to overturn and trap the victim.
 
Minutes after the crash occurred, Los Angeles firefighters responded, freed the victim from the wreckage and took him to a hospital in serious condition. In addition, a 19-year-old woman sought hospital care for her non-life-threatening injuries.
