COARSEGOLD, CA (April 11, 2022) — A man sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident on Highway 41 in Madera County on Thursday, April 7.
 
The incident happened after midnight on Highway 41, south of Lucky Lane near Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino.
 
According to authorities, the man was in the roadway when a vehicle struck him.
 
Paramedics then airlifted him to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno with injuries to his head and upper body. His condition was not yet available.
