One Killed in Accident on 8th Avenue near Slauson Avenue [Los Angeles, CA]

Fatal Accident Reported on Eighth Avenue in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (August 31, 2021) – One person died in an accident in the 6124 block of South 8th Avenue on August 25.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Slauson Avenue and Hyde Park Boulevard around 9:45 PM.
 
Based on reports, the wreckage trapped one person underneath a vehicle. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available.
 
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene. As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the name of the deceased pending notification of next of kin.
 
As of now, the Los Angeles Police Department is still investigating the case. Also, no other details are available.
