FRESNO, CA (February 9, 2021) — A driver was injured in a DUI rollover accident on Highway 41 near McKinley Avenue Sunday night.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the rollover crash took place around 11:30 p.m.

At the scene, CHP officers found an overturned Honda Civic and a Nissan Pathfinder that had lost its rear tire.

Officials determined that the Honda struck the Nissan before overturning. Due to the impact, the Nissan Pathfinder crashed on the right shoulder of the highway and lost a tire.

Soon after the crash had occurred, paramedics arrived and transported the Nissan driver to a hospital. Meanwhile, officers arrested the female driver of the Honda, who suffered no injuries.
