1 Dead in Solo-Car Crash on Highway 134 in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 8, 2024) — One person died in a single-car accident on Highway 134 near the 5 Freeway.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the deadly single-car crash happened around 5:25 a.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason, a driver of a silver Honda lost control. Subsequently, the Honda smashed into a nearby guardrail on the Ventura freeway connecting to the 5 North Freeway.
 
Soon after, Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and found one person inside the Honda with fatal injuries and another person with severe wounds, rushing that individual to a hospital in critical condition. Officials have not released the fatal victim’s name or what led to the accident. If anyone has information on this crash, please call the CHP.
