TRINITY COUNTY, CA (March 8, 2024) — A woman was injured in a suspected hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Westridge Road near Post Mountain.
 
According to Sheriff Tim Saxon of Trinity County, First Responders arrived around 8:00 p.m. to find a woman seriously injured on the remote rural road of Westridge Road on February 27. Subsequently, paramedics took her to an out-of-the-area hospital in Redding in critical condition.
