GOLETA, CA (November 21, 2023) — A woman suffered injuries in a pedestrian collision at Hollister and Nectarine Avenues in Goleta on Sunday.
 
According to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department, the incident occurred at about 9:45 a.m. The woman was reportedly hit by a Toyota pickup. An American Medical Response (AMR) ambulance took her to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Her identity and updates on her condition were not available.
 
Meanwhile, the cause and circumstances leading to the collision remain unclear at this time. However, the incident is under investigation by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department.
