Woman Hurt in Hit-and-Run Crash on Bullard Avenue in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (August 11, 2022) — A woman was injured in a hit-and-run accident on Bullard Avenue and Angus Street on Tuesday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the hit-and-run collision happened around 8:00 p.m. Upon responding, officers found a seriously injured woman pinned inside a car that had crashed into a tree.
 
Firefighter paramedics responded soon after and brought the injured woman to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
During the investigation, investigators learned that a man wearing green shorts was weaving in and out of traffic in a black BMW before the collision. The suspect reportedly struck the woman’s gray car, sending it crashing into a tree. The suspect subsequently exited his vehicle and ran toward the intersection of Bullard Avenue and Fresno Street.
