Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 138 in Llano Sends One Person to Hospital

 
LLANO, CA (November 27, 2023) – A woman was hospitalized in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 138 in Llano Wednesday afternoon on November 22.
 
The accident happened around 3:26 p.m. at Puzzle Canyon Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a black 4-door sedan was struck from behind by a white Toyota Tundra pickup truck.
 
Both San Bernardino County Fire Department and Los Angeles County Fire Department crews responded to the scene. Upon arrival, they located the sedan with major rear-end damage and the Toyota pickup with major front-end damage.
 
One female occupant was pinned in her vehicle unable to move her leg.
 
The woman was then taken to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
 
CHP reported the other driver had no major injuries.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash and factors involved are still under investigation.
