3 Vehicles Collide on Bellflower Boulevard in Long Beach Sending 1 Driver to Hospital

 
LONG BEACH, CA (April 16, 2023) – A woman was hospitalized after a three-vehicle accident on Bellflower Boulevard in East Long Beach Friday morning on April 14.
 
The accident happened just before 8:00 a.m. at Los Coyotes Diagonal. According to the Long Beach Police Department, the woman was driving westbound on Los Coyotes Diagonal when she ran through a red light at the intersection and collided with two other vehicles.
 
The woman was transported by Long Beach Fire Department personnel to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
 
No other injuries was reported.
 
The other two drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The crash is still under investigation.
