Pedestrian Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries after Hit by Car on Hoen Avenue in Santa Rosa

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (March 8, 2023) – A 19-year-old woman was critically injured in a pedestrian accident at Hoen Avenue and Sierra Creek Lane in Santa Rosa on Friday night.
 
The accident happened shortly before 6:30 p.m. on March 3. According to the Santa Rosa Police Department, a white Honda Civic was heading west on Hoen Avenue when it struck the woman who walking at the intersection.
 
The woman’s skull was fractured after the crash and her brain shifted in her head, causing a brain bleed. Paramedics rushed her to an area hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
 
The driver, who did not appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
