63-Year-Old Woman Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Morena Boulevard in Bay Ho

 
BAY HO, CA (September 6, 2023) – A 63-year-old woman was badly injured in a hit-and-run crash on Moreno Boulevard in San Diego’s Bay Ho neighborhood Friday afternoon on September 1.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the woman was walking toward the customer entrance to the Costco in the 4600 block of Morena Boulevard about 10:30 a.m. when a vehicle struck her.
 
After the crash, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
 
Paramedics took the victim to a hospital for treatment of life-threatening internal injuries and multiple bone fractures.
 
At this time, the hit-and-run suspect remains at large. Further investigation is underway.
