William Duncan Charged, Woman, 4 Children Hurt in 2-Car Crash at Beale Avenue and Truxtun Avenue

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 18, 2023) William Duncan was arrested following a two-car accident at Beale Avenue and Truxtun Avenue.
 
According to the Bakersfield Police Department, the two-vehicle crash happened Saturday. For unknown reasons, 30-year-old Duncan, of Corning, ran a red traffic light and crashed into a vehicle carrying a woman and four kids.
 
The woman and the children suffered minor to moderate injuries.
 
Shortly after, officers responded to the scene and determined that Duncan was driving a stolen car and had a few pounds of methamphetamine.
